240kW for New Beenleigh Central Precinct
Hembrows are excited to have completed the design and installation of three commercial solar systems totalling 240kW in Beenleigh. The systems were installed at the brand-new Beenleigh Central precinct for the
💡 River Road Tavern,
💡 River Road Liquor, and
💡 Fitness Cartel Holmview.
Beenleigh Central is a new 6,000sqm tavern and Large Format Retail developed by Onefin and constructed by Hutchinson builders.
The solar produced by all systems is already offsetting over 20% of the power required from these businesses, and is expected to offset in excess of 310t of Co2 emissions which is the equivalent of 14,824 trees planted annually which aligns with OneFin’s clean energy strategy for their tenants.
