Brisbane Primary School Commercial Air Conditioning and Solar

Before school started back for another year, we were approached by a local Brisbane school’s P&C to complete the installation of a 96kW air conditioning unit to help keep their school hall cool for the first time in 2020. In conjunction with the installation of the AC unit the P&C also wanted to install a solar system to help offset the running costs.

We explained to the P&C that we were able to take the solar up to 100kW by adding to the previous system that we installed 4 years ago.

Overall the job took two weeks to complete and we utilised staff from both our Mechanical and solar departments. We are excited to see the final product and how this will help the school keep cool in the warmer months and offset their power usage.
