Get To Know Madi

In early 2018 Madi started at Hembrows as part of our Energy division working closely with Wayne Eddings and Peter Neeve to assist with administration duties regarding new tenders and new projects. While progressing with her degree in Business Marketing, in mid 2019 Madi took over the role of Marketing Coordinator where she is now able to apply her study directly to her work.

What is your role?

As part of the Marketing Coordinator role I manage all of our social platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and our Website. I have the opportunity to get up close and personal with some of our biggest projects taking photos of the progress to share across our platforms.  I also assist with the companies branding to ensure consistency throughout the business and a number of other daily administration tasks. 

Who do you work most closely with?

I work most closely with Craig Smith and Curtis Winwood to achieve Hembrows marketing goals, however I also work closely with Chris Green when assisting with the solar service department.

What do you enjoy most about working at Hembrows?

The people. I have never met a nicer group of people to work with and they are what make coming to work so enjoyable.

When you’re not at work what are you doing?

When I am not at work I am mostly studying, however if I am not doing that you will most likely find me either in the kitchen cooking up a storm or planning my next holiday.

If you could do anything in the world what would it be?

I would love to travel the world writing for a magazine.

What do you think your superpower is?

I am a very creative person so I would have to say creativity is my super power. I am also a very positive person so I always try to find the good in every situation.
