Laser Central Darra
Our largest rooftop solar project to date, this project took over 6 months in planning and revision including several meetings with key stakeholders including the client (Denmac Nominees), tenant (Laser Central), builder (Hutchinson Builders) and structural engineer (McVeigh).
The installation was tricky in that the layout had to be altered due to a lightweight roof design whereby only half of the original panels were installed in the central part of the main warehouse roof.
The sole occupier of the building, Laser Central, receives all of the benefit of the system and will go on to use almost all of the power as their laser steel fabrication business expands threefold from their previous building.
Congratulations to all involved!
